What types of roofs do we install and repair?
- Shingle – 3-tab and laminated asphalt. Preferred manufacturer – CertainTeed, Popular style – Landmark architect series with 130 mph wind.
- Barrel tile – roofs or mansards/fascia.
- Rolled – bitumen and composite.
- Bitumen – with insulation and roof drains.
- Metal – standing seam commercial or residential.
- TPO – rolled commercial alternate.
- Accessories – vents, skylights, gutters, metal fascia, soffit, stucco, screening, etc.

What Insurance do we have?
- General liability insurance.
- Worker’s Comp insurance.
Most important to our clients, our workers are covered by Workers Comp insurance. We DO NOT operate under a “Workers Comp Waiver”. Workers Comp Waivers allow small businesses to operate legally in the State of Florida, but their workers are not insured for injury on your property. This risk saves them up to 54% in labor cost. Please consult with your attorney for an explanation of this risk.
What territory do we cover?
- Our base of operation is in Kissimmee, Florida, from which we cover the entire I-4 corridor. Our experience with commercial clients runs from Tampa to Daytona and from Jacksonville to Port St Lucie. Our service to single family residential clients covers from Lakeland to Orlando to Palm Coast to Brevard – and all places in between.
